Office Support

Help STC by assisting with a variety of office duties including donor tracking and management, board meetings, resource management, bookkeeping, mailings and much more.

Leader Gatherings

Help STC stage our monthly leader lunch or breakfast events by assisting with registrations, welcoming team, logistics and food.

Evenings of Worship & Prayer

Help STC stage these special events by assisting with promotions, advertising, logistics and other related duties.

Prayer Teams

Help STC by coordinating our city-wide prayer teams, including logistics, Zoom Calls and resourcing.

Special Events

Help STC by coordinating special events with duties such as volunteer recruitment, advertising and promotions and many other duties.

Support Our City with Prayer

Everyone invited for city-wide prayer focused on God’s Kingdom and the Oakhill-Jackson community. Led by The ROC Center and local prayer leaders.

Prayer time open to anyone in the city and led by The Roc Center staff and others. For more information, please contact Steven Wilson on (319) 310-3019.

General city-wide prayer open to anyone who would like to attend. Hosted by River of Life Church. For more information please contact Duane McLean on (319) 899-0315.

This pastors prayer and men’s group currently meets in-person and on Zoom Calls at the home of Dick & Kim Speight of Come Rest Ministries. This group of shepherds has been meeting for over three decades in the Cedar Rapids area. Participants pray deeply for the world, the Body of Christ and one another. Walking prayer opportunity in small groups to pray for and encounter families and people in the local community. Open to anyone interested and led by local prayer leaders. Meet at front door of The ROC Center. Starts May 4 and continues through the summer and fall.

Prayer time open to anyone, including all STC partners or interested individuals, as we pray for the city of Cedar Rapids, including our mayor, government officials and for issues such as crime, homelessness and public safety. For more information, please contact the STC office.

Open to senior pastors or ministry leaders. Method of prayer is around praying a passage of scripture with no open sharing. Led by local pastors. For more information, please email [email protected].
